However we have 88 flights set up. This Has never been a problem before, they have just disappeared :/

What days are your flights listed on departing?

You dont have any schedules set up for '6' in the daysofweek field, which is Saturday......

If you paid for or paid to have a simpilot module installed, well, thats plain silly.
