I have ported another skin for PHPVMS, have a look on my site www.fspaintshop.com.
I left some comments in the code to guide you, make sure and read them. Not all of the pages have been made ready for the skin but it has a good start.

why when I install this skin there'are much question-mark? How can I delete those?

I actually still have it, but in the old format. I always leave the original index.html file in tact if you want to port it in the new format yourself.
