  1. I am having an issue with pirep counts in the Pilot Roster page.  I have reset pirep counts in the admin panel and they are correct.  But in the Pilot Roster they seem to be doubling newer members.  It is hard to find the issue, especially when the numbers are fine in the database and the admin section.  Has anyone seen this before?!

  2. Yeah, that is what I thought I had done, but hey, I am just letting you know what my host mentioned that they did to my site.  I quote:

"The problem was the page still was asking for those resources via http and broke the google api calls. I've added the following to your .htaccess which seems to have resolved as your SSL now loads and so do all resources"

If that helps someone else, great.  Maybe YOU can explain why they did it that way, because I have no idea really.  But, it works now. :)

  3. I get this:

Warning: require_once(/home3/woodsdom/public_html/CPC/core/lib/recaptcha/autoload.php) [function.require-once]: failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /home3/woodsdom/public_html/CPC/core/bootstrap.inc.php on line 20

    Fatal error: require_once() [function.require]: Failed opening required '/home3/woodsdom/public_html/CPC/core/lib/recaptcha/autoload.php' (include_path='.:/opt/alt/php53/usr/share/pear:/opt/alt/php53/usr/share/php') in /home3/woodsdom/public_html/CPC/core/bootstrap.inc.php on line 20

Would this have anything to do with the fact that my site has the http://www.canadianclassicairlines.com/CPC/ whereas, the my main hosting site is: http://www.canadianclassicairlines.com

I know that had caused issues with a couple modules, ages ago?!

And should there be an "autoload.php" file in the /core/lib/recaptcha/ directory, because I don`t have one!?

  4. Nabeel, in the instructions, it mentions the "layout.tpl" file, but I don't use that file.  It was from a long time ago, where I had either missed having that file on  an update or whatever, but have never used it.  I show version 2.1.956, in my admin section.  If I use the layout.tpl, it eliminates my header image and such.

So, I think I need to just fix my layout.tpl file, to include some stuff??!  Once I get the layout.tpl fixed up, I can then update my googlemap issue.  Any help would be appreciated

  5. Ok, thanks guys.  Youngbuck, I used the float:left and that fixed the dead space I had.  But now everything is left instead of center, which is what I prefer.  But, better regardless :)  Thanks.  Still would love to fix the map over the menu thing.  Maybe I should install a new menu, but I remember I had issues making it work years ago and kind of gave up :(

And Jim, your site looks amazing.  I would love to have something more like that, but that looks like too much work ;)

  6. I have a small space gap on my site: http://www.canadianclassicairlines.com/CPC/ between the menu and the first news post and I can't figure out why that changed or how to correct it :(

I know it is probably really easy, but I am spinning my wheels on this.  Also, my menu now shows up behind some other items, like the flight map.  Could someone remind me again how to correct both those things.

Once you get away from doing this stuff and then you come back to it, it can be challenging for us older folk ;)  I have searched the forum, but am not getting the results I am looking for :(

  7. Ok, I will look into that tonight.  I assume, Bootstrap is not TOO hard to install into my site, without causing too much mental anguish ;)

And what did you recommend to install in with: npm, yarn, composer or nuget??

    Thanks,

    Bruce
