  3. Convert flight plan for PMDG?

    Hi all,

    I was wondering is their any website such as simroutes that would convert your route into a pmdg file so you could load it up on PMDG 747? Simroute is currently down and the moment so I have no way to copy my route and get it in a pmdg file format. Can anyone help please

  4. New Emirates VA Suspended?

    I dont know know how speedy the process is for some of you but it took me about 6 months to make my agreement with Delta "official" so two months for these guys seems fishy One main controversy was that it look EXACTLY like emirates website if these guys didn't have permission that's a huge legal problem. Yet there are many other rumors which I won't mention but hope these guys are okay

    Its back online. But they've done a really good job with the website, it looks very nice and looks similar to the real world. However, would wonder what the real Emirates thinks.

    Hi guys,

    I'm trying to get experience on HTML & CSS and so far I've done good. However, I need some help here and I was hoping someone from the forum could help me out please. I've posted two links below. The first link is what I've done and you could see the left of the page its white I want it covered with the colour I've chosen, I want it the same as the second link. Hope you guys can help :)

    Oh come on guys give the guy some credit. Hes doing things by the book. We criticize those who dont get permission and when they get it we dont send our support?....Who understand you guys?

    I still don't understand people's obsession with ultra high to begin with. Graphics aren't everything. For me on my sim and my system I go for what looks more or less realistic, which I find ultra high does not achieve. It just puts extra load on your system for what? Some cloud reflections you don't notice? Some cars that don't do anything? Etc.

    Only settings I have on max are texture and mesh resolutions, everything else is balanced and even at the frame hog that is Orbx Brisbane International I have a perfectly smooth flight experience even with the NGX.

    Yeah I reliased that now, it's not that much of a difference :/ anyway I think the problem could be because i got windows 8

    looks like you are new to fsx you can have the best running rigg but fsx will still run like s***. its the way its coded that makes is so bad.

    google the following

    fsx tweaking and go from there no need to have the settings to ultra it all depends on small changes

    Very true indeed, how many cpus/threds? whats that?

    Hi,

    I have build a Computer with great specs which can be seen below. My problem is that I get constant lag with a $1000 computer and it makes no sense. Running on Ultra High give me around 5-10 fps its stupid please help!

    Intel 3rd Generation Core i7-3770K CPU (4 x 3.50GHz, Ivy Bridge, Socket 1155, 8Mb L3 Cache, Intel Turbo Boost Technology 2.0)

    8GB Ram

    GTX 660 2GB

    Real world flight times can depend on the route flown that day, weather conditions, traffic/ATC instructions both encounters and around airports, on time vs late departure and arrival, the specifics of the flight itself (chosen cost index, speed/altitude flown at, etc). All these little things can add up to what can be a very different flight time.

    Melbourne-Sydney flights are often scheduled as an hour and a half even though its only 50min on average in actual flight, the rest is padding to allow for delays and encounters conditions (and also makes on time performance figures look artificially high).

    Perhaps the winds were in your favor. :-p

    I want to know why my flights are not the normal time as in I done a flight KLAX-RJAA and it took me 10:07:25 at FL360 and at a normal cruise speed between the red and orange line. When I searched the flight time up it normally takes 11 hours and 40 minutes i wanna know why don't i get real life time?
