Palmer Virtual Airways was told that, during the creation of the template, it was the sole work of Kyle Watkins. Palmer Virtual Airways had no reason to believe that the previous statement was false. Palmer Virtual Airways is greatly sorry that the intellectual integrity of someone was taken away by the template on the site. Kyle Watkins made no monetary gain from our site at any point before, during, or after the template was put on the site. Since the claim has been let know the Palmer Virtual Airways we have changed the template on the site. Again Palmer Virtual Airways is greatly sorry. Palmer Virtual Airways is not responsible for this infringement, because Mr. Watkins never informed us that he took it from another site. Any further action will need to be brought up with Mr. Watkins.
