Hi there, I run www.wdwva.com and I'm looking to accomodate our Route Map page to show us our route details. A good example that I'm after is here: http://www.want2gothere.com/bhx/destinations/ We have two hubs at the moment, Dubai and Birmingham. I'd like a map to operate so when I click either of these hubs, it will then show all of the destination airports just like that link above. When you click on the destination, I'd like a line to be drawn between departure and arrival airport. I'd also like it to bring up a bubble stating the flight numbers associated with that route, the route distance and the aircraft that fly those routes. I'd also like an improved search engine for the schedules where a user can type in a flight number and it appears. Also, a way to narrow down flights, for example, they can select minimum and maximum distances, flight times (Incas ethe pilot wants to fly for under an hour etc), by miles etc. I'd just like it to be alot more user friendly. If anyone is interested in designing these for me, I'd be more than happy to pay for your time. Many thanks in advance

Hi guys, Apologies if this has been covered before, just need a bit of help if that's okay. A pilot of mine today departed an airport with 160,000lbs of fuel, landed with 80,000lbs of fuel. The airline only gets charged for fuel used. So, he basically overfuelled his aircraft by 100% but only got charged for what he used. Is it possible to change the coding so he gets charged for the fuel he takes off with, not what he uses? That way, it will give the pilots more of an incentive to calculate their fuel properly. Just thought I'd give an update... I've been thrashing at this for the whole evening. Anyway, I've managed to add 36,000 odd airports to the database, which defeats my earlier problem. Now, the main issue... Again... Imported WDW508 (EGBB to LBWN) ICAO LBWN not added... retriving information: Could not retrieve information for LBWN, add it manually Imported WDW509 (LBWN to EGBB) ICAO EBBR not added... retriving information: Could not retrieve information for EBBR, add it manually Imported WDW510 (EGBB to EBBR) ICAO EBBR not added... retriving information: Could not retrieve information for EBBR, add it manually Imported WDW511 (EBBR to EGBB) ICAO EGAA not added... retriving information: Could not retrieve information for EGAA, add it manually Imported WDW512 (EGBB to EGAA) ICAO EGAA not added... retriving information: Could not retrieve information for EGAA, add it manually When I import my routes, again, this is what I get. I checked for EGAA in the "Add/edit airports" menu... And it was there! EGAA Belfast International Airport GB Live 54.6575 -6.21583 Edit But, it says that it couldn't receive the information. I go to the Pilot Centre and then schedules, and the majority of the airports are still not listed in drop down menus. I go onto the Airports page, find EGAA and click Edit.. All the fields are blank, despite the fact the information is there Can anyone help?

Hi guys. I've been running into various problems this week as I learn about PHPVMS etc. I'm very new to it and, well, It's not something I understand a great deal about; Coding and everything that isn't as easy as wordpress daunt me! Thankfully, I've managed to sort out a few issues but my biggest one yet, and one that could potentially mess up my VA at a later date, is the airport database! I've been inserting routes recently and I get this error: Imported WDW415 (LBWN to EGBB) ICAO EBBR not added... retriving information: Could not retrieve information for EBBR, add it manually Imported WDW416 (EGBB to EBBR) ICAO EBBR not added... retriving information: Could not retrieve information for EBBR, add it manuall Basically, this means that I can't select these airports from the drop down menus, yet they're in the schedules list. I found this thread http://forum.phpvms....st/page__st__40 which seemed like a fix for my issue, meaning I wouldn't need to enter brand new airport data for every single airport, which, would take me forever. Unfortunately, when I load into phpmyadmin and try to add the file, I'm met with these errors: #1064 - You have an error in your SQL syntax; check the manual that corresponds to your MySQL server version for the right syntax to use near 'PK' at line 1 This one I get when I'm in the Airport Table Any help would be greatly appreciated, Please also be noted I'm as thick as a plank of wood when it comes to this sort of thing, so simple terms would be fantastic. Simpilot, Looking at the leafjet website, I have no idea what I'm doing. Without sitting down with someone and actually being taught how to use this and shown how to understand it all, I don't think I'm going to grasp it. Is this the sort of thing you would be interested in scripting up for me if I send a donation or set amount to you for your time? Unfortunately, as stated, I'm new to all this and so it's like a different language to me.

Hi there, This is my first post on the forums so I'd like to say thank you to everyone that gives up their time to help newbies such as myself! Hopefully I'll get all the answers I need from here. Okay, so I've just switched from FSAirlines to KaCARS, wordpress to PHPVMS, and as I'm sure you're aware, there's a huge difference! I've managed to work my way around a few of the bits and bobs. I'm also new to the whole php/sql/coding/anythingthatisntenglishtome lol! Because of this lack of knowledge, I'm stuck on a few bits and I'm hoping some of you guys may be able to help me. The issues I have up to this point: My ACARS map, I'd like to display on my front page. I'm okay with getting it on there etc but my issue is with the map itself. When viewing the page (http://wdwva.com/index.php/acars), although I've had a number of pilots flying throughout the day, when they've been flying, they aren't showing on the map Pilots, at the moment can fly wherever they want, whenever they want.. If they fly a route, I'd like them to be located at that arrival airport and so they'd have to fly the aircraft back. I know there's a way of editing that in the scripts, I just cant remember or find the script forum post I was also wondering if there is a module that works like this http://www.want2gothere.com/bhx/destinations/ Basically, where you can select a departure airport and then a google map displays the routes together with information. That's my questions for now, I'd really appreciate some help Thanks again
