  1. But there are 3 statuses right ? Active, Inactive and On Leave and they perform differently. The code that you gave me only shows two of them not three. i want is to show when the pilot is on leave as well.
  2. How can I show the status of the Pilot in the Pilot Center even when the Pilot's status is - "On Leave". What factors determine if a pilot is on leave or not ? and how does a pilot become active again after being on leave ? I did found this code in the forum but it was for the default phpvms, therefore im starting this topic.
  3. Crystal skin has the files in the php format because you are using simpilot's phpVMS 5.5x. It doesn't change anything, its just there for greater security since you cannot access php code. All the skins work just work just how they used to in the default phpVMS but you just have to change it to .php from .tpl . In simpilot's version all the skins files are in core/pages/ and only the style.css and layout.php in the crystal skin folder. You dont have to follow this method , just keep the pages in the core as they are, and put your skin in a new folder in /lib/skins/YOUR_SKIN/ just like crystal and that's about it.
  4. I am trying achieve this on the frontpage of my website but I'm not sure of it is possible. I would appreciate some help in this matter. When a Pilot is logged in, I want it to show as (You are Logged in as PILOT_NAME , PILOT_ID). Whatever code I use, it returns the info as 0000. Is there any way we achieve this ? P.S: I tried searching as much possible on the forums and couldn't find it. If I overlooked on the topics, I apologize for the trouble.
  5. How do we actually use this ?
  6. I can switch back to the default way if there is no workaround. UPDATE: It doesn't actually work after moving it back to its normal place. Im going to look into it a bit more and update you back. UPDATE: I reinstalled phpVMS 5.5x and it seems to work now ! Probably had outdated or corrupt files. Thank you for your help and time.
  7. Does it matter if we have the pages in the skins folder itself (/lib/skins/) or does it have to be in the /core/pages/ for it work ? I have tried with my pages on the skin folder and it doesn't seem to work. Any workaround for this issue ?
  8. Noob question here ! Where do I actually add the two keys that we get from Google's recaptcha in PHPVMS 5.5 ?
  9. I have installed and reinstalled phpVMS numerous times in my VA and had no problems. Recently I have encountered a bug with my phpvms. It seems pilots that do no not fly for 30 days (that is what I have set in my config) do not automatically get set as "inactive" as I want them too. I have done a clean install of phpVMS recently from github but it doesn't seem to fix the issue. Also, the default feature of phpVMS is not allow logins from an inactive pilot. I set a test account of mine inactive manually and tested out this feature and didn't work as well. The only solution on my mind was to use Simpilot's phpVMS. I installed it on a demo folder and ran some tests on it and it worked perfectly. I decided to replace my phpVMS with simpilots's version. Everything went smoothly and skin was installed as well. The problem started rising in the Admin Panel where all my PIREP data was gone ! There were no PIREP data shown on the admin panel even though the database contained the tables. Another issue was that I couldn't edit schedules on ad min panel as well. It started throwing up errors. I concluded simpilot's phpVMS is not upgrade-friendly therefore not being a solution for me. (I have contacted him and have got no reply yet). I hope someone in the forums would reach out and help me out, I would really appreciate it !
  10. I really do want this our VA as which uses IP Board forums. Can someone do this for us ? We would be willing to pay as well.
