Hello Everyone! I have been associated with a few other VA's, and am now teaming up with a few people to start a new one! I am the COO, and posting on behalf of the rest of my team. Please voice any ideas, comments, constructive criticism, etc. Also, if you would like to join, contact krikorahajian@gmail.com for details and to apply (VA emails and website not set up yet). The following is the idea behind Fly Boeing Virtual Airlines; The KBFI/KRNT Based Airline and Aircraft Dilivery and Test VA. Operations DILIVERY FLIGHTS The normal flight, this is a delivery flight from Boeing to its customer. It will either be from Renton (737/757/727/707) or Boeing King County Airport (747/767/777/787). Yes, we do support retro ops, but anything before the 367-80 will need special permission. The flight will be a normal one, and will be flown via IFR rules, as a normal flight. The flight, however, for our tracking purposes, will be flown via the delivery airline’s callsign and the aircraft type (I.E. A Lufthansa 747-8i would be flown as LHR 748). This is simply to make it blatantly obvious what is being flown. BOEING TEST FLIGHTS With every new aircraft comes hours of testing. Fly Boeing Virtual Airlines is proud to support that. At the moment it is just with the 787, however we will later add other aircraft. These flights are very different than the normal flights we fly. These are for those happy-go-lucky people who think a jumbo jet is an F-18. In these flights, your PIREP will be REJECTED if you DON’T over speed, over bank, and over/under at least five items! However, you do not want to push the aircraft into a crash, and it must return to base undamaged. It will go towards hours and ranking, and is 100% acceptable (you won’t see these flights at any other VA). Also attatched is a photo of our staff structure so far. Again, let me know what you think.
