Hi I would like to add our communities discord widget to our PHPVMS server's front page and any help would be appreciated.We are using the arctic-master skin. We have the below options for inserting the widget but do not know how to do this in PHP? Hi Thanks for your reply. The problem lies with our VA ranking on VACentral. If a new pilot signs up then the account is automatically created and if he only gets round to flying a few days after signing up or we only accept him at a later date, then VACentral will consider him a non flying pilot and this effects our ranking score.

Hi We have an issue when a new pilot signs up on our website their account automatically gets created in PHPVMS.I have checked the following lines in both local.config.php & app.config.php # Automatically confirm pilots? Config::Set('PILOT_AUTO_CONFIRM', false); We would like it so that the new account only actually gets created once an admin has clicked "accept registration" in the admin panel. Any help please ? David Ok that has worked, thank you :-) Should I also just leave that date line in the local config file ?

Hi Ok I have set my last PIREP to 10875 and reset the column auto increment to start at 10876 so if your theory is correct the next one to come in should file correctly on VAcentral. Will let you know

David Ok I have just pushed the send PIREPS button and got the below message. Successfully sent message! (Server said "Updated 554 of 554") The Airline latest events has still not updated though ???

David Nope this is still not working, any other ideas ? The send PIREPS button is that the one that says "This will resend all your PIREPS. Only do this if it has been the first time, and none of your PIREPs are showing up on vaCentral. This will wipe out all your data on vaCentral, and reset your finances and ranking." I am not sure I want to wipe out all the data on VAcentral as it says it will do.

Just noticed that the last update time has changed on VAcentral but the Airline larest events has not changed. Is there supposed to be a VAcentral table in the database ?

Yes but I don't know how to force an update so I will have to wait for an automatic one

David There are only two options under VAcentral settings in the admin page they are, which one do I select ? vaCentral Options These are your options for vaCentral. Note that your schedules and PIREPs will automatically export, and you don't need to manually do it. Send Schedules This sends out the latest version of your schedules to the vaCentral server. You can only do this once a day. Send PIREPs This will resend all your PIREPS. Only do this if it has been the first time, and none of your PIREPs are showing up on vaCentral. This will wipe out all your data on vaCentral, and reset your finances and ranking. When selecting SEND Schedules I get Sending schedules... There was an error, server said ""

Hi David I will try this line in the config file later however PIREPS are getting filed on VAcentral as we can see them on the "Last 100" flights and it seems that they are counting towards our ranking score too. It is just that AIRLINE LATEST EVENTS section that is not updating.

David Thanks for your reply. We do not actively or manually post any new news items on the website but the Airline latest events section on VACentral has always just updated automatically until a few days ago.. I have also noticed that we do not have a news link on our webpage (not sure if we ever did ?) but the news section in admin panel is there and there are just 2 test news items in there. These same 2 test news items are reflected in the database as well in the phpvms_news table. I need to understand how the data flow works ie. what scripts and files are involved to transfer the data from phpvms to VAcentral and specifically what are the mechanisms involved for getting the below data onto the http://www.vacentral...geo_geoairlines (Airline Latest Events) section of the page because that is what I need to investigate the connection and transport mechanisms do not seem to be relaying the data required for the update.
