In admin, under Fleet, click on the left side where it says name, you can add aircraft there.

This I actually figured out what the issue was when I did a new install on a different system. I added the admin email in and its working now.

I do realize its in beta, been testing it for awhile.

Is there any where to change the borders on some of the fields for the manual pirep entry page. It can be hard to tell some stuff out. Here is a screenshot of what I'm talking about.

I first noticed the error from the ACARS client. When I went to file the pirep it gave me the error message. This is what the config.php mail portion shows. // Overrides config/mail.php 'mail' => [ 'driver' => 'smtp', 'host' => '', 'port' => 587, 'from' => [ 'name' => '', 'address' => '', ], 'username' => '', 'password' => '', ], I had the '' spots filled in with my info, but saw it wasn't actually sending mail. At that point pireps filed without a problem. Then I removed the stuff I had put in making it look like above which is what the reference at docs.phpvms.net shows. I'm assuming I did something wrong there and it still thinks I have something in the fields for some reason.

I did not cancel the flight. I submitted it via ACARS and it failed cause of the email issue, but when I went to the site it was there and it looked like it was fine. I was able to accept it via admin. Then this morning I noticed that the fight was not in my completed list and was deducted from the number I flights I have.

Last night I had a pirep that was completed cancelled by the system for some reason. Here is the laravel log for when it happened. You can see it at the end of the file.

I put this message in the ACARS Testing forum since not sure if you want others knowing some people are testing it, so you won't get a big flood of people asking to test it. So a few days ago I messed with the mail parameters in the phpvms config.php file. I did something wrong and got an error while trying to file a pirep. I took out everything to what I though was correct. I have it set to what the example in at docs.phpvms.net has set. Not sure what I screwed up but now I get get the error while filing. This happens in the ACARS app. When I go to the web side, I see that it has added the pirep to my flights, but after I edit and then hit submit, it errors again. This is the top line for the error page: (1/1) Swift_RfcComplianceException Address in mailbox given [] does not comply with RFC 2822, 3.6.2. The pirep shows in the admin section as pending and when I edit then accept it goes ok. No errors on that part. Only when i submit it for approval. Found another airport like KORD in ACARS that puts the airport off the coast of Africa. Its KPAE. The one I have is part of the Drzewiecki Design Seattle Airports pack for X-Plane. Ok, here are the airport dat files for KDFW and KMIA

For that log, the 2 airports where KDFW which is a payware airport and KMIA which is another payware airport.

I get frame rate drops now and then when entering areas where I have extended scenery like in the Miami area which has orthos set up around the city, plus the city is payware and so is that airport. So I just assumed that the frame rate drop is when enter that area and it has to load a bunch of stuff. The only other thing is that I was using the JARDesign A330 and was getting a lot of the Beacon Off/On messages.

Well, had the same problem on the 2 hour+ flight in the JARDesign A330. Got to Miami, landed, set the brakes and blank page for the Flight Summary page. Will not let me file it. I'll wait a bit and see what happens. Wonder if the issue is I set the parking brake way to early, Set it at a runway crossing since there was some traffic on the runway. Maybe its a good idea to manually complete the flight instead of having it complete automatically. Though on the short flight I did, I did the same thing with the parking brake, but it gave me the summary page and let me file the pirep. Here is the acars log.txt

Well I just did another short flight in the JARDesign A330, and acars gave me the file screen this time. Not sure what the problem was the other 2 times I did it. In a day or 2 I will try the KDFW to KMIA flight again and see if it works.

So now I've having a different issue. I added a new airport to VA site, and when I go into acars, and try to use that airport as a destination, its telling me the airport ICAO is invalid. I've restarted acars a few times and still nothing. I even rebuild the X-Plane scenery cache in acars. No error showing up in the acars log.txt file. But there is an error in the laravel log. Some aircraft on X-Plane don't use the standard function to turn the beacon on and off, the JARDesign A330 is one of the, the Zibo aircraft is fine. The FlightFactor A320 is another one. I will try the JARDesign A330 again later.

I tried a flight in the Zibo 737-800 on X-Plane 11 11.35 and it gave me the file screen no problem. Wonder if it has to do with the JARDesign A330. The flight is fine, though it does give the beacon on/beacon off message all the time when I turn the beacon on.

I didn't wait that long, maybe about 30 min or so. Have the latest of both web and acars. I'm going to try a different aircraft later today, maybe its actually the aircraft that is causing the issue.

Did the same flight again thinking it was something on my end, but did the exact same thing. Acars show Detected arrived, and shows the gate I parked at, then sends me to a blank file page. Using the same aircraft as the previous flight, the JARDesign A330. Here is the laravel log for this flight. I will try another flight later with a different aircraft to see if it has the same issue. Just did another flight in the JARDesign A330 and the altitude between the app and the web site was accurate this time, but, when I finished the flight, the Flight Summary page is plank and I can't submit the flight now. Here is the link for the acars log.txt file. Here is a picture of what my side shows.

Seeing some inconsistencies between the altitude in the aircraft and the altitude reported on the live map on the website. Flying at FL320 but live map is showing 28649. As I started my decent, the altitudes were matching more, that started at about FL250. Also distance showing on the live map is 719 / 479.61. The flight was a pretty straight flight from departure to arrival. On this version of VMAcars I am still getting the issue with landing/strobe lights are on once I start to taxi even though they are both off. Using the Zibo mod B737-800 for X-Plane 11.35 Here are links to the laravel log and the acars log.txt files.
