  1. Hi all, I'm still in the process of building my website (Does it ever stop, haha ) and since you may probably know, airlines use Operational Flight Plans to brief (or pilots brief themselves basically) their crews.\ My idea: - Create a default layout for your OFP - Let a module (?) fill in ' the blanks' - let the module (?) put out a .pdf file for the pilot to download I have 0,0 experience with programming whatsoever, but I'm willing to learn. Every push in the right direction is more then welcome, or if somebody already has such a module who would be willing to share. Thanks! Stefan
  2. Hello gents, I got it fixed indeed, but it took the admin longer to approve my thread than it took me to solve the problem!
  3. Hi all, Today I decided to download the vAirline skin, just to get some inspiration, and to have an example. what I see when I apply the skin and then click on ' view your site' is well.. like it misses all of its ' make-up' sort to speak. Everything is in black and white, no styling whatsoever. I host my website at 000webhost (yes I know it's not the best thing to do, but I want to experiment and fiddle around a bit before spending any money) PHPVMS installs perfectly, but I can't get any skins to work. I change the topbanner image, but it keeps using the default one. I'm starting to think that there are a couple of links aren't correct. Any ideas? Stefan
  4. Thank you for your reply Sava! You've got mail!
  5. Hi all, I thought it would be a good idea to introduce myself around here, so off we go! My name is Stefan, and currently I'm doing an IT Management study, and next to that I'm doing my PPL course. I was looking for software that would allow me to manage a virtual airline convienently, but also be able to costumize it to my preferences. Well, I have to say that PhpVMS looks rather daunting at first, but fortunatly I've got the rest of this week still off so I've got plenty of time on my hands to bite into it. But I do like to ask if anyone around here has a couple tips for a newcomer like me. I do have experience with basic HTML, but none with PHP. So every tip, every trick and all the advice you guys have: I want it! Well, I'm off to do some serious reading here! Stefan PS And a Happy New Year!
