Basically after a flight has ended acars is not refreshing. I'm using Xacars client should i be using something else or what can I do to mod my acars. Its phpvms acars nothing custom.

I was playing around with acars and after I logged of and shut down xplane using XACARS 20 min later its still showing I'm in a "current flight" Could this be due to a refresh rate and check on Xacars/acars file. I'm still fairly new to acars. KC

Ok so I want to install PHPvms on my hosting server at webfaction.com I have to select the use of a custom app listening on a port. The problem is once the site is uploaded to the FTP and linked to my domain I'm not getting anything. I'm assuming its because phpvms is not linking to that port specified for me. Heres what the site tells me when I'm creating the custom app (basically an app that the hosting service dosn't provide) This installer assigns an unprivileged port on which custom software can listen. This creates the ~/webapps/<app name>/ directory for your convenience; however, the custom application is not required to reside there. After the installer has finished, configure your custom software to listen to the port number specified in the "port" field. If the application is configured in a website record, the front-end server proxies incoming requests at the specified URL to the assigned port. Note: Custom applications are intended for handling HTTP traffic. If you need direct access to the port, please open a support ticket to request access to the assigned port.
