I want my phpVMS website to look like this ... If anyone can help me convert it to php and have the phpVMS system working with it, I will be very glad

I added the skin in the lib folder and the skin still failed to work.

When I have installed the phpVMS full version and set all the permisions up, I noticed that my registration process didn't work. After the "Register Now" Button it says "Could not open socket".
