Dunno if theres a bug report form (sorry if there is). this happened to me twice in the newest sim update of MSFS

Do you have a SimConnect.ini file in the ACARS directory? If so, can you try deleting it
Thanks for your reply looks like that might has done the trick I deleted both Simconnect.CFG files and it seems to work well in a test enviroment
Will test in a flight and if anything happens I will make sure to reply
