Can we make it so that when someone registers that it automaticly accepts them or sends them a email with a link to activate there account, this would make it easyer.

Usually, you check the pilot references before validating… so, auto-activation is not really what VA are looking for !
You can create a module watch the post_registration event, and then call the PilotData::ChangeStatus() function I think it is
