Best CMS?

Hey guys… recently I have been asked to make about 4 non FS related websites… Rather than start from scratch I plan on just using a CMS and skinning it.  What is your favorite CMS? Pros/Cons

Personally I like WordPress, but I am interested in trying new stuff. Anyone use eZ Publish?

I’ve been asked before to create sites and I’ve always used Joomla.  It has a ton of extensions which can really make the site look good.  I haven’t really used anything else so I can’t say it’s the best but I can say I haven’t found any cons in my experience with it.

I use Wordpress. It’s simple, easy to use and very very customisable.

I’ve heard Joomla is quite good as well but it looks a little cluttered to me.

The problem with smaller less known ones, such as eZ Publish as you mentioned, is that you are unlikely to get as many good quality plugins/addons.

I use modx, beat Drupal/Joomla IMO, has a steeper learning curve, but I like it. It’s what I’m using on the phpVMS main site

I never heard of that one.  I just checked the site out and it looks pretty cool.  I’ll have to give that one a try.
