I got this from a pilot on our forum:
I have downloaded the KACARS and have been following the procedure but when I click on Get Flight Info nothing happens it says no flight found even though I have bid on one, but I found if I type in the Flight Nunber in the KACARS and then click on Find Flight it works, is this normal or have I missed something in the set up. I am connected to the Site and to the FS both green check marks come up fine and I do get the flight info after I put in the Flight Number.
Is there something he is missing, or just an odd error?!
