Hello all members
I have decided to recruit new staff members and pilots for the new and upcoming VA, Blue Skies Virtual.
I gather there are quite a lot of people that would like to be a staff member at a VA, so now would be a great opportunity to join.
Some of the positions that will become available are detailed below:
Senior Management
- Vice CEO - Vice Chief Executive Officer - Oversee the airline when CEO is away
- COO - Chief Operations Officer - Be in charge of and oversee all of the airline’s workings. For example, fleet management, route and schedule management and so on…
Operation Management
- Fleet Manager - Ensure the fleet is kept up-to-date and in good operational condition. Also, talk with Fleet Design Officer to discuss anything regarding the design of the aircraft.
- Route & Scheduling Manager - Ensure that the airline’s routes are constantly in good working order and can accommodate demand from pilots.
- Financial Manager - In charge of the financial stability of the airline. (Relatively small job)
Community Management
- Communications Officer - Responsible for the smooth workings of communication within the airline. This includes social media and email etc.
- Pilot Support - Offer support to any pilots with queries about anything related to the VA
And most important of all…
