Did you install it from scratch? Or an upgrade from an old version?
What do you mean redirect? Need some more details…
vaCentral trials are closed for now.
All from scratch , no problem what so ever when I installed. Did not get to delete the install folder.
I go to login, then enter my credentials. It then tells me to wait I am being redirected.
After redirect I get following message:
You must be logged in to access this feature!
no problems here working fine
I’ve had this problem before as well,
If its a fresh install with NO content/data, I would simply DROP all tables, delete the phpvms folder and reinstall from scratch again.
Its worked for me.
In phpMyAdmin, can you do an export of the sessions table? Just the structure.
I will try a complete new install.
I can not get into frontend nor backend.
Gerald
PS: I will get the structure for you…
here is the structure:
Field Type Collation Attributes Null Default Extra Action
id int(11) No None auto_increment Browse distinct values Change Drop Primary Unique Index Fulltext
pilotid int(11) No None Browse distinct values Change Drop Primary Unique Index Fulltext
ipaddress varchar(25) latin1_swedish_ci No None Browse distinct values Change Drop Primary Unique Index Fulltext
logintime datetime No None Browse distinct values Change Drop Primary Unique Index Fulltext
What if you add or remove the www. from in front?
If this is production, it might be good to goto the release 700 build, instead of jumping to beta directly.
Thanx for the support …
Global Air is up again and I can log in. Lost some data (due to a mistake which I made).
But all in all I am happy.
After I reinstalled after Icleared the sql and folder it just started up and that was it.
Gerald
Did you install 785 from scratch initially, or an upgrade?
