links are written in “white” so nobody can see the link

You would need to install a Pilot mod by the looks of it
Change the color of the links in the head section of layout.php. For some strange reason, “Lance Design” chose to embed link colors in the head instead of in the style sheet. So these inline styles are going to over ride anything that may be in the style sheet.

Umm, that help request is from August of 2015. I think by now it is solved or he ditched the template or just moved on.

It is real late my time tonight and I cant sleep, but I will take a look at this tomorrow if you stil have issues. I cant guarantee I can fix it but will take a look. This is a nice template, but it is a mess. I like the concept of it.
I fixed this a while back, you need to change the variable in the template from $pilots_list to $allpilots or vise-versa I think.
