Error 500 Internal Server Error

Hello everybody,

I’ve just dowloaded phpVMS followed all the instruction to install it, but when opening install.php via firefox it displays me error 500 internal server error, googled it and tried to fix the problem myself but didn’t succeed in it.

Could someone please help me?

Notice i’m not very skilled with php.

I’m using ehost pro plan as hosting server.

Try deleting the .htaccess file in the root. If that works the issue is most likely with the apache config on the server you are on, something your host would have to take care of.

Thanks for your answer. Followed your instruction but the error page show up again, one thing i noticed too is that while on the manual the location is http://www.etc

my location is http://ftp.etc
