Error "Permission denied in Unknown on line 0"

Hi

I’m trying to install phpVMS on a local Wamp server. When I try and run install.php I get two errors.

! Warning: Unknown: failed to open stream: Permission denied in Unknown on line 0

! Warning: Unknown: Failed opening required "c:wamp/www/flyvifc/install/install.php’ (include_path=‘.;C:\php\pear’) in Unknown on line 0

Any help appreciated on this.

Hello if this is free hosting that will be your problem. PHPVMS is not compatable with a lot of free hosting

I’m running a WAMP server with MySQLi and PHP with Apache. It’s on my local PC. I just wanted to see what this would look like before I moved my Virtual Flying Club over. But it could still be the problem…
