Check the file its isnt there.

Mark is correct, the file is not in path
well i’ve tried all ways but nothing changed so i just deleted it i’ll make it manual

The answer to this error is at the beginning of the thread, the file is not where it is supposed to be. Copy the files into the same folders on your website as they are in within the download.

maybe a strange question but how can I asign a group permission in admin panel for example for a staff position “event manager” or something like that?

You can not add another admin group permission as the system stands now. What you can do and most do is use one of the other permission sets and apply it to the addon. ie - EDIT_NEWS OR MODERATE_PIREPS
