One of my pilots cannot send his fsacars logs it reads:
Error Sending Log
Data Base Error
If your pilot is using the ini file that they downloaded from phpvms site, it is more likely a problem on the user side of things. Have the pilot go into their fsacars folder and search for a file called sendlogreport.html. It will open with Internet Explorer. Tell them to open it and find out what it says.
I’d be willing to bet that they changed a pilot number somewhere along the line. Pilots look at the report as they are filing it and see that the three letter prefix isn’t on the pilot number as they submit it and add it.

Also a fresh install seems to do the trick, wiping the entire folder, then re-installing
