How I setup Ranks for Staff members

I just install the PHPVMS on my new web hosting server today. How do i setup ranks for staff members without using my pilot rank i have going for non staff members. and also how to i add a link to my pilot center like to add a link to my forums.

For the first one, you can use awards. For the second, there’s a post in the FAQ forum and the docs on editing templates
