Hello.

Have a question about logging flight that are not scheduled flights, such a hosted group flight. Can a pirep be filed that’s not a scheduled flight?

Can people fly a non scheduled flight for your VA? Yup, You have the Charters Module. Pilots can create their own schedules and fly it. Check it out.

This has been posted in the v7 part of the forums. Are you after an answer with regards to this feature in v7 or legacy?

First thank you for the replay. My question concerns V5. My group does a lot of group flights on the weelends, flight that are not always a sanctioned VA flight.
