Need an ACARS dev

I’m starting to work on the ACARS portion, and want to solidify a couple of portions, including the ACARS service piece, the addon system and the database portion. I’m redesigning it a bit from the way “vms classic” did things, so that the data will be attached to a PIREP (almost like a pre-file).

There aren’t any ACARS compatible yet. You can only file manually
