But you would have to change your ranks to manual and set the ranks hours so the pilots won’t be auto promoted.
Like for example
Noob - 0 hours (Start)
Not a Noob - 20 hours
Way too not Noob - 100 hours
Hub Manager - 1000 hours
C.O.O. - 1200 hours
C.E.O. - 1400 hours.
