Hi,

I’m having a problem with the registration form. I’m trying to create a test pilot to test out the new forum intergration code i’ve added (automatic pilot addition). When I click the button to register the pilot it just takes me back to the form again and no “pending” pilot is added and no e-mails are sent out. Can anyone help?

Well lets start with the simple stuff:  If your using the new version, the very last field is the captcha.  It sais what does this add up to?  Are you filling that in?

Essentially, this is the problem that I’m having over here.  I think it has to do with the fact that I have two “form” tags with the same names.

Ah, forgot about this feature! It wasn’t showing on the form though… I’ve re-updated though and it’s fine now

Yep it’s important to read the changelog, I note the templates which are changed there

Hi, I’m having the same problem. But even with the lastest version of phpvms, it keeps bringing me back to the register page when I send the form. Anything to do with that?

Did you modify that template in any way?

Try reverting to the default template

Yes I’ve modified the template, but then I put back the original file to solve the problem. Maybe I can try to reinstall the whole thing…

It worked when I installed it, it stopped working when I modified it, and still doesn’t work event if I put the original file back…

The changes I made are only to change the language of what’s shown on the page, don’t know if it’s the right way to do… but it works well, except for that bug.

Bugger. i checked mine this morning and I’m having the exactly the same problem. It just keeps reloading the page. Checked in the admin centre and it doesn’t go through either btw.

Edit: Sorry. had to restart IE and it does work after using beta version  1.2.692

Make sure that you indeed to revert back to the original. A captcha was added to that form

Hi there,

Ok I uninstalled it all, and reinstalled it. I didn’t modify anything that time… then I created a “test pilot”, successfully. Then I created a second test pilot (different name and email), from that moment it bugged! Once again, same problem, it keeps reloading the form page when I hit “Submit”.

Damn. I’m now having the same problem as well. (Cannot register additional pilots)

Edit: (Still have same problem after going to beta version .693)

Of course it’s not due to the modifications made to the templates… you may look at mine, I reinstalled it all like I said yesterday and still not able to register a new pilot… http://www.transquebec.org/operations/index.php/Registration

You don’t have any hub’s added. Add a hub first, then it should work

It doesn’t solve the problem. What’s strange is that the first test pilot I’ve created worked well…
