How do I remove some Airport out of my Airports List

There is really no reason to, but The only way I think is thru PHPMYADMIN

is there anyway to hide the airports that are not hubs? or maybe another option to show only hubs or other airports instead of them all?

Show them where? In the PIREP form or the schedule search?
