Select option in the registry (+ forwarding)

Dear aviation community,

did one of you knows whether it is possible to define a select option in the registration so that if the pilot goes to submit, he will either be forwarded to page x if he has selected value1, and to page y if  he chose value2.  Furthermore, it would be nice if someone knows how to import the selected value into the database.

For easier understanding: The pilot should then be forwarded to an external website to which everyone has access.  And which of the 2 pages it is to be forwarded to should then pass through the selection with the select option.  However, only after he has pressed submit.  I hope it was easier to understand now.
