SmartCARS writing to rawdata column

Hi all,

I use smartCARS for our flight tracking, but have noticed that the pirep route map does not show the actual flight taken by the pilot.  I have looked into the database tables and noticed that it is not writing to the “rawdata” column. I have seen it working on other virtual airline sites that use SmartCARS, that this should be writing to that entry, but it is not.

Any ideas?

Considering that it is not an open source product, I would suggest writing to their support for more information about this.

Thanks for the info servetas.  I have raised a support ticket with them weeks ago which received no reply.  I also messaged them about it on Discord and no-one knew the answer, which was a bit odd.

 

Just wondered if anyone knew here.
