the standard fuel pricing is 5.10… kg
now my question whats the value of the 5.10 is it the current currency of the site or standard in $.

If you enter the price, then it’s obv whatever units you put.
If there’s no price entered, the it goes to the API server, and get’s it in dollars. There’s no conversion, since it’s only for US airports.
