"There are no aircraft available for this flight" when loading from bids

Dear all,

I try to load a flight from “my bids” section of vmsACARS and the message “There are no aircraft available for this flight” pops out. 

This does not happen when I load a flight from the “search” function.

 

any clue and way to solve this?

In the phpVMS settings, disable the aircraft restrictions. This restricts based off the aircraft available to the user and what’s at the airport

that’s all disabled. still having the same problem.

The problem arises only when I load a particular flight from my bids.

If I load the exact same flight from the list, I can choose the aircraft and start the flight.

Sorry for the delay - on the latest dev? I’ll have to check why that’s getting filtered. Are the subfleet/aircraft assigned to the ranks?
