Im trying to download phpvms and i get this errors Please help me download this step by step

im new phpvms can someone download teamviewer @ teamviewer.com and click download its free. this program makes me see what your doing on ur screen so if you know how to fix this reply and then download teamviewer so u can fix it for me and so i know how to do this in the furture thanks so much

Requirements
PHP 5+ (5.2+ recommended).
MySQL 4.1+ with InnoDB.
Recommended extras:
GD Image Library
allow_url_fopen set to ON or cURL
phpVMS is designed to run with PHP with register_globals set to ‘off’
phpVMS may not run properly with safe mode on
phpVMS uses some of the “advanced” features of MySQL, mainly foreign keys. This will ensure the integrity of your data. These are enabled by most DB software, and it’s implemented by MySQL in InnoDB tables. Chances are, your host has InnoDB enabled (the default table types are MyISAM). If you don’t, usually a quick email to them and they will enable it for you.

Write permissions:
core/pages
core/local.config.php
lib/rss/
lib/signatures
lib/avatars
Your database user must have SELECT/UPDATE/DELETE/CREATE/APPEND permissions
can u be on for like snother 30min. please install teamviewer @ teamviwer.com then click its free so i can see how u fix it please download this i want to start up my VA please download it once ur done please reply

Skinning can take ages, i have been working on my site for over 6 months, and i still say its not complete just a good starting point.
Have a look on the forum Roger has done a tutorial and has some examples as well.
all i want to do is put a tab on my website so they can register and login once i approved them

You’re not gonna get people to help you that way. It seems like you’re completely new to this. I would start with www.sitepoint.com and learn some basic HTML, etc, then read through http://docs.phpvms.net/ and the support topics.
Either that, or pay someone to do it for you.
