I'll come up with something, but for now, if you open /lib/js/acarsmap.js, line 28: map.setCenter(new GLatLng(45.484400, -62.334821), 13, G_PHYSICAL_MAP); Change those coordinates. And I'm sure they can be converted, but now without some effort. The fields stayed mostly the same. I'm not sure why you would want to though?
