i keep getting the error message : "The template file "/home/emirate3/public_html/icrew/core/templates/Screenshots/screenshots_randomphp" doesn't exist in /home/emirate3/public_html/icrew/core/classes/TemplateSet.class.php on line 261" and similar messages everywhere. I have ICREWLITE and PHPVMSv5.

It literally tells you what's wrong.  You have a file named "screenshots_randomphp" that doesn't exist.  Should it be named "screenshots_random.php" you should wonder? This is what you need to check.
