trennor Posted October 3, 2012 Report Share Posted October 3, 2012 Same thing happened to our airline, with no explanation. We dropped from mid-thirties to 210 overnight, and it has NOT improved. It's all automated - so if you had a ton of flights a few months ago, and lesser now, then your rank will go down.
