I've had that happen to me twice before when FSX crashed during a flight. I usually reload from my in-flight FSsave which is < 1 minute old, but on those two occasions I accidentally reloaded the flight on the ground. This resulted in the landing rate being 0 and the pitch rate being 0, which is what your PIREP is showing.

So while not definitive proof of what's happening, you might ask your pilot if this sounds familiar.

kACARS only reports what is being reported from FSUIPC. I have never tried it but XUIPC (for X-Plane) is supposed to mimic FSUIPC with limits. Is it possible that the pilot is using X-Plane? I have being waiting for someone to use XUIPC with kACARS but have never had any feedback from anyone. I am not saying this is the issue but just curious. Other than that I would recommend that the pilot update to the newest FSUIPC and maybe even re-install if the pilot already has the newest. Paul suggestion is also a possibility. Although the 0 pitch on take-off is strange also.

I have seen where FSUIPC is not communicating with kACARS correctly and then the data gets screwy. Sometimes this is caused by firewalls or the pilot may need to ensure that FS is being Run as Admin.
