add sub menu in admin panel

HI

How can I one sub menu for pilot and grope in admin panel ?

I want Add one more Award menu , but I want use for type ratings image and then i want show this type rating above award in pilot profile !

I want 2 Award menu !

Please help me

You will probably have to do that in the front-end, in the display template (if($group == ‘name’) then show image)
