Confluence Air — regional feeder out of St. Louis (CRJ + ATR) | VATSIM, SayIntentions, or offline | Founding pilots wanted

Confluence Air is a new virtual airline flying regional routes out of Spirit of St. Louis (KSUS). We run as a United Express–style feeder: short legs, real-world regional operations, the CRJ family and the ATR 72-600. ICAO CFE, callsign CONFLUENCE.

We built it to be easy to join and realistic to fly.

What you fly

  • 40+ scheduled routes out of KSUS, with more added over time.
  • Fleet: CRJ-550, 700, 900, 1000, and the ATR 72-600. Embraer 175 coming.
  • Sims: MSFS 2020, MSFS 2024, and X-Plane 12. X-Plane pilots are welcome — we don’t lock you out.

How you fly

  • VATSIM for live ATC, SayIntentions.AI for AI ATC any time of day, or fully offline on your own schedule. Your call, every flight.
  • You can use the free smartCARS (Community) to track your flight and files the report for you.
  • SimBrief is built in — flight planning’s integrated, and the OFP loads straight into smartCARS.
  • No entry test. Register and fly your first leg the same day.

Why join now

  • We’re at the founding stage. Fly during the founding period and you keep the permanent Founding Pilot award — it stays on your record for good.
  • Ranks progress on hours flown, automatically. Custom award badges. An active Discord where every flight posts in real time.

New here? We’ll walk you through it.
We wrote a step-by-step first-flight guide — register, install smartCARS, fly CFE100 St. Louis → Chicago, and file your first report:
