No it is not the main template this is a converted html theme to work along side phpvms 7

You can purchase directly from us. 
If you contact us via direct messaging, we can arrange an invoice to be generated for you. 
The skin costs 50 usd + 20usd for the base template license. We require all Virtual airlines to obtain their own base template license before we are able to sell you the modified skin files.

OP hasn’t visited the forum in over 4 yeats.

 

If it were still available after 4+ years, it probably wouldn’t work with the current phpVMS release unless the theme were updated.
