ERROR WHEN CREATEING PHP

HELLO GUYS

CAN ANYONE HELP ME TO FIX MY ERROR 

WHEN I GO TO THE PAGE MAIN PAGE with /index/install.php

i get this error  You need PHP 5 (your version: 7.1.7)

i used php 5.5 but i get this error 

 

pls someone help me to get this right

In cpanel change the php version from 7 to 5 or 6
