Acces to the file C:\Program Files\FS Products\BlueACARS\send.xml is negated.
How can i resolve it?

- Custom kACARS questions should be asked to my email account. Since these are custom a lot of times a fix for one VA’s custom version may not work for another VA’s.
Next time, contact directly to Jeff or to the VA CEO or who ever ordered Custom kACARS. And be patient, Jeff is a busy guy, but HE WILL get to you in a time manner.
- Always ensure that you have the .exe file set to “Run as Administrator” in Vista and Win 7
Now, the issue is that you need to run kACARS as Admin becasue it can not read or write to the send.xml file.

Did you run the exe as administrator?
Yes, i did…
Or install it to the documents folder, dont install it to the program(X86) folder, as it requires UAC control.
