We are changing over to phpVMS. Since we cant convert our FSACARS log. I am having each person manually add their pireps from their logs. I noticed that we hare having some trouble. One person has 75 flights entered with only 4 hours. What is the correct time chart to enter the time in? Here is how I am doing it
Example 34 minute flight = 0.34
1 hour 20 minute flight = 1.20
Am I correct?
Hours.minutes or hours:minutes
It will get converted into the HH.MM format
Thats how we are doing it. Look this PIREP history. All these flights with just 12 hours. What are we doing wrong?
Did you run the hours reset in the admin panel? It’s under maintenance.

It was probably filled before a previous update, and then didn’t update. Good to hear.
Do I need to reset the hours often?
Nope, just if you notice something fishy. It should be updating on it’s own, but it builds from what’s previously there. So since it’s been reset, it should be alright now

I got 15+ pireps sumnitted(manually). Same problem! I had to reset the hours again.
What version are you on? I will look into this

I may have fixed that as part of the latest beta versions, but it will be fixed as part of the next update.
