Is there a way were I can just make up a flight route using the FSACARS with out using the flight bit system on PHPVMS or will that not?

What do you mean? You can just leave the route when creating the schedule
Like if you don`t want to use the flight bid system for your flight, only just use FSACARS for make up routes like, FS Flight Keeper or hand type in your own pirep
