Everything appears to be sending to VAcentral however it doesn’t seem to be counting hours. Just wondering is this a bug or have we done something wrong?
The Airlines code is FRS if you want to have a look into it.

What do you mean not counting hours? on the vac side? It updates about every hour so could it be that it’s behind?
We have a total of 4 Pireps logged in our system which staff have filed, however on VA central it’s showing the 4 Pireps but it still says the airlines hours as 0.00
It has been like that for the past day or two now.
In your phpvms pa nel, what does it say the hours are? And what version are you on?

I’ve just looked at it’s not counting hours in the dashboard. We’re running 2.0.824
Under maintenance options there’s a link to recalculate total hours, does that work?
I’ve tried that, it’ll calculate and tell me the hours, however it still doesn’t show up in the dashboard.
