What’s the page name you’re using? Are you using HTML in it?

about, all i did was change the layout of it, by the means of centering it using the tools provided, then this error popped up when i took a look at the page.

Check with your host about the “open basedir restriction in effect” error message, that’s a PHP setting

I found the problem, it had some problems with some html code.
