Hello, Acars 7 app 2.0453 does not allow png,jpeg images from the news portion of our website to transfer to the Dashboard portion of Acars but it lets the text like it did in the 1st version I was able to add mapp picture and information for an upcoming event now the new 2 version dose not allow this any idea what might be happening…

There is no ACARS 7 - the 7 refers to phpVMS v7
vmsACARS 2.0.453 is ACARS
Are you saying that an image you posted to phpVMS v7 News posts fine on the website, but the image doesn’t show on the vmsACARS opening page?
Have you tried ‘.jpg’ instead of .jpeg?
What is the size of the image?
Honestly, I am not sure if images will display in vmsACARS opening page as I haven’t tried it.
Wait until later in the week for the developer to return.
Have you clearly posted about this in the phpVMS discord?

Yeah, there is an issue about vmsACARS v2 dashboard and it is limited intentionally, therefore only text is visible (no images, no fancy formatting). This was discussed in discord and a notice was published about the limited capabilities.
Hope fully in near future it will work like before and will display nicely rendered news.
