Install Problem

Hey,

I’m having problems with the install. I’m new with all this php/MySQL stuff. So far after deleting everything in both the database and the phpVMS program itself and reloading it three different times I keep getting this message:

You have an error in your SQL syntax; check the manual that corresponds to your MySQL server version for the right syntax to use near ’ 1)’ at line 2

I’m running MySQL version 5.0.81-community.

Which version of phpVMS are you using? If you’re using the beta, don’t. Try the latest released version

I’m using Version 1.2.764 from the from the “Download the latest beta (full install)”

So should I be using the “Full Version” with the “Update Version”?

Okay, I used the “Full Version” with the “Update Version” and it got me in.

Yeah, just the full version. You don’t need the update. Perhaps I should put a note about the update that you only need it for pre- 1.2.700
